How does bidding work?+
Pick a product, choose a size, and enter the amount you are willing to pay. Offers must be above the minimum acceptable level, which is based on the supplier taxable price plus a small uplift.
Why do some pages not show item prices?+
NYP Club is built around private offers rather than public price tags. Retail price may appear on product detail pages to give context, but the purchase starts from your bid.
What happens after my offer is accepted?+
You move to checkout with the selected product, size, quantity, and offer amount. Shipping details can be saved to your account and passed to Stripe for payment.
Where do you ship?+
Checkout currently supports delivery to the United Kingdom only. Delivery can take around 1 month after payment because supplier fulfilment can take longer than standard retail shipping.
Is my delivery information saved?+
For signed-in users, checkout can save your shipping address to your account so it can be prefilled next time.
How are orders recorded?+
After Stripe confirms payment, the completed order is saved to your account with line items, payment status, shipping details, and the Stripe session reference.
